Comments Off on Which Type of Football Fan Are You? | SKYBOKX 109 GuideAt SKYBOKX 109, we don’t call the months from September through February fall or winter; that time is football season! Whether you’re a die-hard, foodie, social, or fantasy football fan, there is always a seat open for you at SKYBOKX 109 in Natick.
The Diehard Fan
When your favorite team is playing, you are booked. You might as well have a calendar that automatically declines all other non-football-related obligations. In fact, your loved ones know you would truly rather miss a family event than a legendary play.
Your gameday prep consists of some niche rituals, including wearing your favorite player’s merch whether it’s for good luck, team pride, or a little bit of both. Once the game starts, you’re locked in. You need an unobstructed view of the TV at all times, the volume up, and absolutely no distractions. The only time that you might get up from your seat is during commercial breaks, but while the game is on, you have no intention of moving until the final whistle blows.
Your commitment to the game is respectable, and honestly, we get it. That’s why we extended our hours on game day to end when the buzzer hits zero. We know every play matters, and we don’t want you to miss a second.
The Foodie Fan
The score matters, but so does the food. Watching a football game is more of an experience for you, one where the food on your plate matters as much as your team cleaning up its strategy and pulling off the win.
Just like Thanksgiving and turkey go hand in hand, football and your favorite game-day fare do too. You might even think of your order lineup before the starting lineup to make sure that there’s enough to snack on all the way to the fourth quarter.
We know the way to the foodie fan’s heart, with our game day bundle. Choose from SKYBOKX 109 favorites like our Wicked Wings or tenders, pretzel bites, fried pickles, and cheese pizza, plus a PBR to save big with our Football Tailgate Bundle. It’s everything you need for the perfect game-day viewing experience: 24 TVs, zero prep or cleanup, and plenty of your favorite bites to keep you fueled through the final whistle.
The Social Fan
Football is the reason of the season to get your friends together. You love knowing that every week, there is a reason for your crew to get together and share in the camaraderie of the game. While you might not be able to relay every player’s name or stats, your friends know you bring the positive energy and the good vibes.
Between conversations and laughs with your friends, you might only catch a few plays, but that is enough to give you something to chit-chat about with your coworkers. You also don’t take offense to the diehard fan being glued to the game; you are just happy to be gathered together under the same roof, catching up during commercials.
When it comes down to coordinating the group hangout, you handle the details like a football coach arranging his starting line-up. You get everyone together, figure out the logistics, and make sure the only thing your friends have to worry about is showing up. We know it’s never too early to start planning your next game-day get-together. Book your next gathering at SKYBOKX 109 in one of our event rooms, and we’ll handle the details, so you can focus on spending quality time with your friends.
The Fantasy Football Manager
You love your team, but for you, football is more than wanting them to take home the win, especially if it means your fantasy team is going to be impacted. You are an encyclopedia of football knowledge, from player stats to injury reports. For you, your rivals are not just playing against your favorite team; they might also be your friends who are in your fantasy league.
The game doesn’t start at kickoff for you; in fact, there is so much to do that you need to keep your phone on “do not disturb” so you don’t get distracted. You have to research your players, make your trades, and set your line-up.
Even when the game is on, you can’t rest and need to be locked in. You are monitoring multiple games, tracking your players’ movements, and reading ESPN updates. Our team knows it’s a lot to stay in tune with, and at SKYBOKX 109, you can keep up with all the action without having to choose just one game. With 24 TVs and full NFL Sunday Ticket access you can follow your fantasy players across the leagues while checking game-day stats and making any necessary adjustments to your team.
